    I'm not new to real estate and this is the worst experience I've had. Agrees to a price, then impossible to get a hold of, then sells to someone else lower then what you intended to pay. Apart from ruining the purchase for me, the owner has forgone a higher sale price if they did their job. Buying or selling, you would have to be crazy to go here.
