  I explained that i called and another man said you do and i tried calling for days and heard nothing. He supposedly 'tried' to get back to me which wasn't the case as we are open 9-5/5 days a week.

  Absolutely Appalled at the fact that, as a business owner, he didn't empathise with me, didn't once apologise that i was provided with the incorrect information. Horrible, horrible manners and VERY unprofessional!

  He then has the nerve to say to me "then why didn't you ask for a manager at the time?" I explained that i should not have to ask for a manager when calling, the first point of contact should know what services you provide and don't provide and if they don't, they can pass me onto a manager then.

  Was very rude, didn't apologise once to me (as a customer) i was keeping my cool just asking how this happened. Proceeded to also say "don't tell me how to run my business" which i definitely was not, i was just provided very incorrect information from the start. He then kicked out my colleague who remained relaxed through this whole situation, our company was not being malicious or sneaky at all. He told me i was giving him attitude and the way he was handling the situation was extremely rude and then he hung up on me from my colleagues mobile phone.

  After this happened, i never got the invoice and for days i tried calling and no-one was answering, it just went straight to a company that takes a message and forwards it on.

  I work in a rehab company and i initially phoned asking if they offer casual visits, the man on the phone proceeded to tell me that they did so i provided him my work email address so he could send the invoice (to ensure i could pay on time).

  On the day of assessment our consultant attended the gym in person (was hoping she could speak to them there and all would be okay if i paid over the phone for her entry and the man who answered the phone said it was fine) then I receive a phone call from the gym.

  Staff have been friendly and helpful so far. Equipment is plentiful and rarely out of order. Can get quite busy in the afternoons but still able to get a decent workout in without having to wait too long for a machine/area.

  The man on the other side was saying things "we don't do this", "people cant just walk off the street into here"
